5bdt Terms & Conditions – Your Rights and Obligations

1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "5bdt" refers to the online betting and gaming platform operated at https://5bdt.io and any associated mobile or desktop applications.
• "Platform" means the website, software, applications, and services provided by 5bdt.
• "Player" / "User" / "You" means any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the 5bdt platform.
• "Account" means the registered user account created by a player on the 5bdt platform.
• "Balance" means the sum of real-money funds held in a player's 5bdt account at any given time.
• "Bonus Funds" means non-withdrawable promotional credit issued to a player's account, subject to wagering requirements.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be staked before any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.

2 Acceptance of Terms

These documents form the entire agreement between you and 5bdt.

If you access the 5bdt platform on behalf of another person or entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that person or entity to these Terms & Conditions. In any case, the individual accessing the platform remains personally responsible for compliance.

Your continued use of the 5bdt platform after any published update to these Terms & Conditions constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. 3 Account Registration

To use the full range of services on 5bdt, you must complete the account registration process by providing accurate, complete, and current personal information. You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided at registration and during subsequent KYC verification remains accurate and up to date.

3.1 Eligibility Conditions

You are eligible to register an account on 5bdt only if all of the following conditions are met:

• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You are not accessing the platform from a Prohibited Territory.
• You do not already hold an active or previously suspended 5bdt account.
• You are acting on your own behalf as a private individual and not as a representative of a commercial entity.
• You are not subject to any self-exclusion or voluntary exclusion agreement with 5bdt or any affiliated platform.

3.2 Single Account Policy

Each player is strictly permitted to hold only one active 5bdt account. Creating or using multiple accounts — whether using different personal details, email addresses, payment methods, or devices — is a violation of these Terms & Conditions. 5bdt reserves the right to suspend or permanently close all duplicate accounts and to forfeit any balances or bonuses associated with them.

3.3 Account Information Accuracy

You must provide your real full name, date of birth, residential address, and contact information at registration. Providing false or misleading information is a serious breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all account balances. 5bdt is not liable for any loss arising from a player's failure to maintain accurate account information.

4 Age Restriction & Verification

5bdt operates a strict 21+ age policy. No person under the age of 21 is permitted to register, deposit funds, place bets, or access any gambling-related feature on the platform. 5bdt takes its obligation to prevent underage gambling seriously and employs active age verification measures.

As part of the KYC process, 5bdt may request government-issued photo identification (such as a National Identity Card, passport, or driving licence) and proof of date of birth before activating full withdrawal privileges. If a player cannot satisfactorily verify their age, their account will be suspended and any deposits made will be returned to the original payment method after deducting any withdrawals already made.

If 5bdt has reasonable grounds to believe that an account holder is under 21 years of age, 5bdt reserves the right to immediately suspend the account pending age verification, withhold all withdrawals during the suspension period, and close the account permanently if verification fails.

5 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 5bdt login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party under any circumstances. All activity conducted through your account — whether or not authorised by you — is your responsibility.

You must notify 5bdt immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorised access to your account. 5bdt will take reasonable steps to investigate such reports, but cannot be held liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access prior to the receipt of your notification.

5bdt recommends that all players enable two-factor authentication (2FA) on their account and use a strong, unique password that is not used for any other online service. Session timeout and login activity notifications are available in your account security settings and are strongly encouraged.

6 Deposits & Payments

All deposits on 5bdt are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following payment methods are currently supported for deposits: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. 5bdt may add or remove supported payment methods at its discretion with reasonable notice to affected players.

6.1 Minimum and Maximum Deposits

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 per transaction. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and account verification status. Players who have completed full KYC verification may be eligible for higher deposit limits. Current limits are displayed in your account deposit section.

6.2 Processing Times

Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are credited to your 5bdt account balance instantly in most cases. Card deposits via Visa and Mastercard may take up to 30 minutes to process. 6.3 Deposit Source

You confirm that all funds deposited into your 5bdt account are from a legitimate source and are not proceeds of any illegal activity. 5bdt reserves the right to carry out anti-money laundering (AML) checks and to request documentation evidencing the source of funds for deposits above certain thresholds.

6.4 Deposit Fees

5bdt does not currently charge fees on deposits. However, your payment provider or mobile wallet operator may apply their own transaction fees. These fees are outside the control of 5bdt and are the player's responsibility.

7 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests at 5bdt are subject to the following conditions being met: the player's account must be fully verified (KYC complete), the withdrawal amount must consist entirely of real-money funds (not bonus funds), and all applicable wagering requirements on any active bonuses must be satisfied.

7.1 Withdrawal Methods

Withdrawals are processed exclusively to the same payment method used to make the most recent deposit, subject to the limits of that method. 7.2 Processing Times

7.3 Withdrawal Limits

7.4 Verification Requirement

5bdt may require additional identity or source-of-funds verification before processing any withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawals or withdrawals above certain amounts. Failure to provide requested documentation within 14 calendar days may result in the cancellation of the withdrawal request.

8 Bonuses & Promotions

5bdt offers various bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and wagering requirements published alongside each individual promotion. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms & Conditions and the specific terms of a promotion, the specific promotion terms shall take precedence.

• Bonuses are credited in the form of Bonus Funds and cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been fully met.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period specified for each bonus. Bonus Funds that expire before wagering requirements are met will be removed from the account automatically.
• Unless otherwise stated, bonuses apply to eligible games only. Wagering on excluded games (typically live sports, certain live casino tables, or specific slots) will not count toward satisfying wagering requirements.
• 5bdt reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time, with or without notice, where continued operation of the promotion would be unreasonable or technically impracticable.
• Players found to be abusing the bonus system — including through multi-accounting, arbitrage betting, or exploiting promotion terms — will have all Bonus Funds and associated winnings forfeited and their accounts suspended.
• The maximum bonus available to new players is ৳20,000. This cap applies across all welcome bonus offers combined.

9 Betting Rules

All sports bets placed on 5bdt are subject to the specific rules of the relevant sport and market, as published in the 5bdt sportsbook. In addition, the following general betting rules apply to all wagers:

• A bet is considered accepted and binding only once a confirmation reference number has been issued to the player.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits per bet are set by 5bdt and may vary by sport, market, and event. These limits are displayed at the time of bet placement.
• Odds are subject to change up until the point of bet acceptance. The odds displayed at confirmation are the final odds applicable to the bet.
• In the event of a void or cancelled event, the stake will be returned to the player's real-money balance. Void legs in accumulator bets will be treated as non-runners, and the remaining legs will stand.
• Cricket bets — including BPL, T20 World Cup, IPL, and Bangladesh Tigers matches — are governed by the cricket-specific rules published in the 5bdt sportsbook, including rules on rain interruptions, Duckworth-Lewis-Stern method application, and match abandonments.
• 5bdt reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, placed after an event has started (where not offered as in-play), or placed at odds that were clearly incorrect due to a technical or human error.
• In-play (live) betting markets may be suspended at any time during an event at the sole discretion of 5bdt's trading team.

10 Casino & Slots Rules

All casino games, live dealer tables, and slot titles available on 5bdt are provided by licensed third-party game suppliers including Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, Pragmatic Play, Pragmatic Play Live, Microgaming, NetEnt, and Spribe. The rules of each individual game are embedded within the game interface and are the authoritative source for game-specific queries.

The following general rules apply to all casino and slot gameplay on 5bdt:

• All games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. 5bdt does not and cannot influence game outcomes.

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the platform.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit promotional offers.
• Exploiting software glitches, errors, or vulnerabilities for personal gain. Any winnings obtained through exploitation will be voided.

• Threatening, harassing, or using abusive language toward 5bdt staff or other platform users.
• Attempting to circumvent any responsible gaming tool, self-exclusion, or deposit limit in place on your account.

12 Responsible Gaming

The 5bdt name, logo, and brand identity are proprietary trademarks of 5bdt.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the 5bdt platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, or distribute any platform content without the prior written consent of 5bdt. Any unauthorised use of 5bdt's intellectual property may result in legal action.

14 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 5bdt shall not be liable to any player for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or financial loss arising from technical faults, interruptions to service, or third-party payment processing delays.

5bdt does not warrant that the platform will operate without interruption, error, or defect at all times. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance where reasonably practicable. 5bdt's total aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising in connection with their account shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 calendar days preceding the claim.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit or exclude liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other matter that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law.

15 Amendments to Terms

5bdt reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. It is your responsibility to review these Terms & Conditions periodically.
